For you the club member, you will never have to worry about remembering when your membership expires, it expires the end of May each year. For us, with our growing number of club members we are hoping this will help us keep track of our members. Every once in a while someone doesn’t get their Seat Post because they forgot to renew their membership, hopefully that won’t happen now. We don’t mean to inconvenience anyone or make things more difficult than they already are. With that in mind please send in your adjusted membership amount to keep your membership current and in good standing. Current Members If you are a current member, you will have to renew your membership by mid May, no matter when your membership comes due. You will have to pay a little extra, BUT, that will make your membership good until May 31st, 2005. Then after May 31st, 2005 you will pay the normal $15.00 to renew for the following year. To help clarify what you need to pay to keep current, please refer to the membership list. The membership list has your name, email address, phone number, old expiration date and how much you will need to pay for the new membership schedule. New Member Fees For new members, joining our club fees are broken down into trimesters. If joining during the first trimester, June – September the cost for membership is $15.00. The second trimester, October – January the cost for membership is $10.00. The third trimester February – May the cost for membership is $5.00. With ALL memberships coming due on May 31st.
